You don't seriously want him playing against us in years to come do you? With that pace? He's a kid with real potential, needs to work on accuracy but his speed is a huge asset on the wing.
Yes, he needs to relax more on the ball and just flow. Poor sod is probably picking up on the backlash and trying way to hard to be technically perfect. He looks uptight right now and it comes through his ball passing but Look how he flows for the U21s.
We put in the time with him, invest in and support him. Sell him now and we risk ruing the day we sold him for pennies to a club who will put in the investment and reap the benefit of a very fast,accurate Redmond.
