Murphy has the capacity to improve

Sadly, Redmond is proving that he doesn't. He has not got a football brain. He was offside so many times in the first half against Watford, and today had no idea of the danger behind him when Bournemouth scored. He has not improved at all since he signed. Cash in while somebody is prepared to bid for him.
