Just back - a few thoughts...

Not a bad point and not a bad result against one of thee division's better sides. Game of two halves though, epitomised by Grabban who looked absolutely sexual in the first half and a bit lost in the second.

Positives for me were the performances of Johnson (my MoTM), Tettey and Turner and the fact that, for all their neat triangles, Bournemouth carved out relatively few chances.

Negatives were a lack of tempo, particularly in the second half, Garrido (no surprise there and (*dons tin hat*) Wes. Too often slowed play down, too often turning andd looking up when the ball needed shifting on. And, frankly, with him in the side, we're pretty much playing a 4-2-1-3 with Wes as the one, where - for me - it should be 4-3-3.

Johnson and Tettey looked stretched too often and need someone else in there with them. We also didn't support the forward ball as much as I would have liked, with Lafferty and Redmond often looking up to see one yellow shirt and five red.

Hopeful that's where Vadis comes in - energy in midfield, joining the attack. Our passing is ok and right now I think Wes is a spare part. Vadis in a three with Johnson and Tettey please - Redmond/Josh/Lafferty/Jeerome/Grabban/Bennett fighting for the front three positions.

Other things to note - astonishing and cynical fouling (mainly from us) and about the lariest away fans I can remember in a while.
