I can do all apart from ironing. Don't think many could build an extension

As even builders get trades in. I built my own house but only actually did the roof some of the footings and most of the wiring and underfloor. If you get good trades the house will pretty much build itself and now the market is buoyant I would encourage anyone to do it. If I had sold when completed in 2006 I would have made around 35% profit but sold in 2010 and still made 25%. If anyone ever needs roofing advice (usually only advice as I am in Cambs so not touting) I would normally take a look.
