But of a strange question, but has anyone off of on here been to Beirut?

My partner's been invited to a wedding there though I don't really know the couple, so I'm trying to weigh up whether it's worth the money to go. If we do go we'll probably stay a few nights and do some tourism, but is there much to see there?
