Being in favour of good football and good tactics is hardly very controversial, is it?
But we haven't seen that much of either this season, have we?
Where it gets difficult is - when you're NOT seeing good football and good tactics, what do you do about it? Stick with the tried and trusted and hope he can turn it round even though it looks s**t and can largely be attributed to him, or incur huge expense with a risky plunge into the unknown?
Just saying "I'm in favour of good football and good tactics whoever's in charge" is just a no-brain cop-out.
