You buy jar sauces, like Pataks, Uncle Bens etc. Things like Masala, chili con carne, sweet and sour, cantonese, korma, balty etc
Get one of those sistema microwave bowls. I use the small ones in the link above. 1 jar evens out into 3 nicely
One jar of Balti (or any flavour) is 400kcals
I pour a load of prawns over it (50kcals red plate)
The rest is frozen veg instead of rice
Then I freeze the plates and get them out when I need em. 7 minutes in the microwave
250 kcals each
I have the small plate, cos I can have bran flakes in the morning, then have 3-4 small meals accross the day (curbing any hunger cravings)
850-1100 a day diet
