In my opinion Malky should pray on bended knees that this happens.

It would be the greatest thing EVER for his career.

He could spend the year with Kick it out and other organizations on an apology tour........but more importantly he would have been seen to be punished and could come back from this far quicker than if the story just melts away.

Its been proven that people are far more forgiving of those who have been seen to be punished.
