A lesson in etiquette

Neil made a mistake yes, but for me it's great that the first thing he wanted to do was celebrate with the players. Shows that he's part of the group as well.

Early days, but clearly the players are responding to Neil, speaks volumes that we've only had 3 people leave. Keep it up lads.
