racism is obviously a 10..........sexism is obvious less than a 10 and homosexual jokes or misogynistic jokes are probably in the 3-6 range.....

What is common is racism seems to be career ender...Think Big Ron......Im not sure Malky gets any kind of plum job for years to come.
He may have to go to league 2 or maybe some small team abroad.

Yet violence against women, rape even drunk driving murder seems to be lower down on the career ending scale as numerous players have come back from this......Pretty quickly

FWIW I totally agree with TSF, its basically indentical to what I posted the other night.........if anything I think 90% might be a little light
