It was my local for years and years and years...

...and then in a weird parallel universe way I discovered:

a) the guy who owned the licence was a Nodge fan (when I smoked I went to the fag amchine and there was Worthy's promotion team all over it)

b) Then about three or so years later it became the Caps pub

I loved it back then, knew the staff and so on, but I hardly go now, which is a shame because I had been going since I was 18...

It's a proper old school boozer though and that hasn't changed which in a land of destination and themed w**k holes is good...
