Re the conversation below about gaps

Was thinking (when was trying to sleep) last night about squad. Felt pretty positive, really. So seems like our first choice XI is something like:

Whits---Martin---Turner-Olsson
---------Bradley---Tettey------------
--Redmond---Wessi-----Lafferty--
----------------Grabban--------------

Is that about right? If so, then our *second* choice XI - in a similar formation - is something like

------------------Rudd----------------
Gafaiti---Cuellar---Bennett--Garrido
---------O'Niel----Surman-------------
---Murphy---Howson----Jerome-----
----------------Hooper--------------------

Not a bad second string for the chumps, is it?

Course we might still lose one or two (I'm nervous about Tettey as well as Redmond).

But guess the main thing it made me think is that we might still need another striker, if Hooper is off. And maybe another CM. Other than that - not bad.
