I'm going to have to eat some sausage soon.

It's a rare luxury these days because if the gout, but I do love an Archer's (Plumstead Road) big old sausage baguette. They nearly always win 'Battle of the Bangers' at the EDP food awards.
I might even sausage myself up before leaving for Scumfolk on Satdee.
