And that's defamation if not true. But not clear how the FA have any agency in that. Perhaps, if Malky were to successfully take civil action against the lad, then the FA could charge him with Bringing The Game Into Disrepute.

Hard to see how any of that sticks without something explosive coming to light about Tan's dossier - like it being fake or something.

If that dossier stands, hard to see how Malky can say that Farah's comments are defamatory.
