Hooray for Neil Adams. I'm so glad we've got him.

You know how if you've been hurt in love, you protect your heart a little? It's taken me a while to fully recover from Lambert. I tried to warm to Hoots. He seemed very decent but I didn't love him.

Now my heart is thawing. I'm getting excited and a little bit giddy over Neil.

It's his interview with Chris Goreham, it's the way his team tries to score goals, it's the way he's learning every day how to be a proper manager, it's the way he's made his substitutes, it's the way he wanted to help Tombs, it's the way he's been a fan with us last time we got promoted...

It usually ends badly for managers. I hope this time it all works well.
