In fairness all Adams said is basically until someone tells me different Fer is in the

squad, we have clearly slapped a price tag on maybe 3-4 players and when that figure is met the player is allowed to speak to the bidding team. I don't think there is an awful lot of conspiracy in any of this, it was inevitable.
