He was an exciting young talent when he first burst on the scene

Got to admit that I haven't rated him bar his early days with Cardiff. Last season I frequently remember either laughing at him when playing for Cardiff or thinking how poor he was.
Obviously hope he proves me wrong, but this isn't a signing that gets my hopes up.
