the best bit is winning lots of games to get there

then the fist season after being in divison 3 is full of hope (rather than expectation) and the chance to enjoy the league, not winning many is not quite so bad when 3 seasons earlier you were in division 3. then second and third seasons are a grind with expectation but in reality little chance to finish top half.
To be honest I would not mind it the top 8 clubs went and played in a European league and then the rest of us could all have a good shout at winning the title
