why "nasty? why not good or professional?

Lambert, Hughton, Adams have all upset players with their selections - whether you categorise them as nice or nasty is surely over simplifying it. Man management skills, coaching, tactics, motivation, leadership may be more important than whether the person is nice or nasty. The ability to take people with you and achieve is probably more important than if you're a c**t or not, but then again what the f**k do I know.
