on some message board might have been this one i posted something similar , to the effect that any organisation must and will reflect the thoughts and actions of the person at the top

Delia and her husband are the majority share holders and so they have a major say in everything that happens at the club

It is well known that Delia attends church regular ( not knocking it ) but it tells you a lot about her character
