you go...

through Trowse and out on the only road out that doesn't go to the roundabout... follow the road right past pub and restaurant on left... this takes you up to Arminghall... turn left here... then there is an left after a hundred yards that takes you through to Poringland. you get to the end of that you can take a left up to the A47 or for the Beccles/Lowestoft road.

If you want the A11, A140 or the A47 towards Kings Lynn you turn left at Arminghall and follow the road to Caister St. Edmunds - you can turn right just before Caister St Edumunds Hall - this takes you to the A140 roundabout where you can then rejoin the A47 and on to A11, etc. or left on to A140.

If you go through Trowse loads of people park on the road side on the Arminghall road - bit of extra walk but much quicker to get away.
