Its the same with most of the Middle East, perversely these countries need....

cases in point; Iraq, Syria, Libya and to some extent Egypt as well.

There would be no problem with ISIS or IS (or whatever they're called) if we had done something about Syria and not undermined Assad. he's a nasty piece of work, but a far more palatable option than IS are proving to be. We shouldn't forget that IS have morphed from elements of the Syrian opposition.

We learned nothing from Iraq, which is now in a far worse state than it was under Saddam, and Libya is going the same way post Gadaffi.
