Appointing Adams was in theory, the right thing to do.
The Youth Cup win was one of the greatest achievements in our recent history, so why not reward the man (or men) who brought us the success?
We were the first non top 5 club to win it for about 10 years and if you go back about 25 years, only us, Ipswich, Middlesbrough and West ham have managed it.
The fact that people still refer to him as Canary Call's Neil Adams shows just as much "little old Norwich" mentality as anything the club has done.
In any other industry, if you perform exceptionally well in your role, you'd expect to be considered for a promotion. Why not in football?
I actually think the biggest fight NA has is convincing people he's up to the job when he really shouldn't be at this moment in time.
