It's a bit of a Frankenstein's monster. Wanted to start perfecting a sponge (eggs, sugar, flour no butter) and ended up using an inedibly ripe banana to add a dash of flavour. Had some off cream and s**tload of cheap dark chocolate so knocked up a ganache, and I had a load of jams that are no good (guava jam and quince) so I melted them with lemon juice and stuff that in the middle. Had some hazelnuts to smashed them up.
It's very edible but I'm not sure what it is.
