Ok then, who said after relegation to division 3 , we must appoint Paul Lambert? Virtually unknown instead of an established name.
Who said, we must appoint Mike Walker? Unproven
Who said we must appoint Dave stringer? Youth team manager
Who said appoint Nigel Worthington? He was reserve team manager?
All four were unknown, stringer was youth team coach and all did very well.
we appoint Roeder, Houghton who were established managers, who didn't do so well.
Gunny was different, should never have been given the job as he was not trained for it.
Most appointments are a gamble, even Mourhino was sacked for presumably poor performance?

So can we all simply get behind the team, the club, the players, the board and the manager. Please.
