I heard a story on the pre season fiasco tour of Italy from somebody that scammed a media pass for the world cup, he reports for a national motor magazine so he did not expect to get accepted but got lucky so spend a lot of time in the media rooms.
Anyway he spoke to Neil Lennon at some length and said he was interviewed twice for the Norwich job and on the 2nd interview was told he would have to find a job for Adams and by job not some stupid made up option but a real job with which Lennon was happy to oblige.
The very next day Neil Adams was appointed and Lennon never heard another word.
Make of that what you like, probably bull s**t maybe not we will probably never know.
