Afternoon wrathers

Back from a long summer of lurking. And not much has changed, with the club seemingly on its continued downward spiral.

Yesterday was a classic championship game. Limited players all around, with the winner decided by who was fitter, hungrier and more cohesive. Which obviously wasn't us.

The lack of fitness and cohesion is a by product of a shambolic pre season I think. Not enough tough football to get everyone ready, too much fancy continental football. And the Italian camp was just a mess.

The stories emerging from the club are also a huge worry. So many players out of contention for reasons largely unknown. A number of other players who clearly want out. Difficult to see how this gets turned around.

In the championship, you need to fight and scrap every game. Hunger is critical and the willingness to do whatever it takes for the team. No
