that was always the odd thing about Hughton

he had Carroll at Newcastle and then Zigic at Birmingham and was successful. Tried to play what i suspect were the same tactics here without such a striker and unsurprisingly failed, yet never really attempted to address it (except maybe with Kamara?). I actually suspect the RVW and Hooper purchases weren't really Hughton's choices...
