The thing I worry about is also........

the fact we played a certain way under hoots and with mostly the same players we could fall into the defensive trap during games.
It may take time to figure out our best 11/formation

The positive is we do have a lot of options regarding formations. Lots of midfield/wing quality but most seems to lack the final ball.
I can see us using Redmond as more of a striker, I just don't know if that will work and how many goals he will give us.
Maybe Neil will teach him not to cut inside every f**king time......
