Boycott was always my hero. In the days when I used to

follow Yorkshire cricket - always admired their "only born in Yorkshire" stance.

He was just phenominal. And never understood the "slow" comments. Seen him hit 50 ball hundreds - he always played to the conditions.
Many flaws as a man but awesome as a batsman.
