Fer was inconsistent last season but might have a good season now that he is more settled and has links to the area. If he is going to play the same as last season then get rid and cash-in for a record fee.

For all his good stuff, Redmond has too often lacked an end product. He might not ever lean, in which case he will soon end up in the lower leagues. If he does learn it then he could be a top star. It could still go either way. Likewise, the Muph's.
