There is one more scene upcoming in S1 which I reckon matches the

... eye torture scene. Not because it's graphic, because it's not any more graphic than other grusome scenes in utopia (which is to say, OK it's quite graphic, but nowhere near the eye torture bit) but the setting and the psycological impact. It is affecting. Very. A bit "I'm not sure I wanted to think about that, thanks". Again, the makers/producers got in a little trouble about it. Nasie knows what I mean. You'll know what I mean when you see it.
