Dunno if there are any other's on here mate, but personally, I've been there.

Not the radio silence bit, but the being left bit.
It's very, very s**t at the time and you hate all those who say it'll get better and you'll get over it, but that really is what happens. Many things are meant to be and for me it was the beginning of a wonderful new phase in my life.
True I didn't have young kids so don't know how you handle that, but it will work out, just keep your head and try to get through the next couple of months.
