User Posted Link is what I've used for a dozen years - invaluable and literally a lifesaver when on a couple of occasions when the sight in the mirror of what was approaching from behind me meant I took avoiding action. Last month I rode the length of the Pyrenees and on some of the narrow twisty roads - keeping an eye on the traffic and cyclists behind was essential. As can be seen from the link it is integrated into the brake lever and causes no problems at all. I wouldn't drive a car without a rear mirror and feel the same way about my bike mirror.
