Very weak indeed

Most obviously by ignoring the cheapest season ticket prices altogether at some teams.
They focus on an offer at Charlton which is open to very few season ticket holders, but choose to ignore an offer at Norwich that is open to all season ticket holders.
They also assume that the product is equally popular everywhere: it isn't. Of course Birmingham's season tickets are going to be cheaper - there's thousand of unused seats every home match. There are full houses at every Norwich match. So who, in their own market, is charging too much?
And anyway SOMEONE has to be most expensive. Only if that someone were one of the many teams with half-empty grounds would it be newsworthy.
