Yep, that somehow they're wiser than

1. A highly experienced professional player and coach.
2. A coach who has been around this set of players day in day out for several seasons.
Like you, let's wait and see but to date not quite certain what more Neil Adams could've done. But we all know that even if we win the first ten games there'll be someone moaning about formations, tactics etc. etc.
