I know people who've done Mount Kenya, which is very similar.

Because it's over 5000 metres there is some acclimatisation needed, as altitude sickness is not to be sniffed at. There isn't much climbing skill required apparently and there's not much snow left to make it harder. It is an amazing place though. Going to Africa is brilliant.
