Canaries next in action on Friday

WEDNESDAY'S proposed friendly match with Livorno has been cancelled and will be replaced by an open training session as the Canaries build up to tough games against three European top-flight sides in the space of eight days.

The game against Italian Serie B side Livorno was due to be played at the Piergiorgio Perucca Stadium, Aosta, Saint-Vincent, where City are based on their Italian pre-season training camp.

Instead they will take part in an additional training session at the stadium to prepare for their remaining friendly matches against top-flight French sides Bastia and Nice and La Liga's Celta Vigo.

Any fans in the region are welcome to attend the training session at the Piergiorgio Perucca Stadium, which will start at approximately 5.45pm local time.

City are next in action on Friday evening against French Ligue 1 side Bastia at the Stade d'Honneur in Sallanches, France (6pm kick-off). Entry for this match is being advertised locally as 8 Euros for adults and 3 Euros for under-12s.

Tickets for City's home friendly matches against OGC Nice and Celta Vigo are available online, by calling 0844 826 1902 or by visiting the Carrow Road ticket office, or official stores at Castle Mall and Chapelfield.
