I don't understand people that say this

Do we honestly think that managers/coaches/players etc would sign for or stay at a club that is just content in mediocrity in a league that isn't the top division.

I'm pretty sure Neil Adams will be wanting to prove himself as a coach at the very highest level, not plod along at championship level for as long as possible
