have never heard the thing about bearing grudges and taking revenge on other riders / teams. But that doesn't mean it's not true. What does he say in his autobiography that re-inforces that?
(Am sure he is indeed focused on winning to the exclusion of all else. That's what won him the TdF, in the end. But question is whether he over-steps the line in doing that. Never heard any examples, but as I said, I havent read his book.)
