On what's been reported it seems staggering that he did but she didn't; it seemed much more likely that either they both did or they both didn't, and frankly that they both did. An email saying "do his phone" kind of speaks for itself, really.

But as you say we've not heard the detailed evidence over months and there's no reason to assume the jury got it wrong. Proth's right, though - it is very surprising from what we've been told. I'd love to hear the rest. Well, not all of it, obviously, as I don't have several months to spend sifting through it.
