Just picked up your post from last night and wanted to just say how much exercise/ walking has helped me in the past.
It can be a question of having to force yourself, but I can guarantee that a three mile walk or even thirty minutes spent amongst 'nature' will help you level out psychologically.
Get your sun-hat and your shades on and take in a wood or a river or some open fields.
There isn't an individual on this forum who doesn't support your recovery mate
