You've felt like this before, and so have I and I'll wager plenty of people on here. We both know that these feeling pass. It can seem unendurable at times; but take baby steps - see how I feel this time tomorrow/first thing tomorrow morning/first thing this afternoon/first thing this evening.
A lot of people care about you. You're one of the most popular posters on here for starters, not to mention your family and others around you.
Different things work for different people so I don't know if this might work for you, but I found forcing myself - and God knows I didn't want to - to go see someone, or pick up the phone to someone if that was too much effort really helped in the worst times.
