Italy probably about 1.7 / 1.8 to beat Costa Rica
England maybe 1.9 / 2 to beat Costa Rica
and Italy about 2.3 to beat Uruguay.

Multiply them all together and it would be about 7/1.

If Italy win tonight, then suddenly it would only be about 4/1 or 5/1 for England to qualify.
