Can't blame Hodgson, who has he got pick? For me the problem is the Premier League.

In so many ways it's ruined the domestic game particularly at International level and competitions like the FA Cup. Instead of developing young domestic talent the Prem clubs awash with cash sign superstars from all over the world. It's no coincidence that the Germans, with clubs working on far less income, produce so many good home grown players.
