Should be fine.

I share with my son. We use the the same log-in and password details. He watches on his laptop. I watch on iPad and Apple TV. The good thing is that once you've logged-on, you can then set up your own "username" within Netflix so it remembers what you're watching, makes recommendations etc. Ideal for more than one user/viewer!
