you're right about Worthy's comfort zone. But wrong about Chase. Norwich achieved what they did despite the Fat Controller, not because of him. Ken Brown and his team were pre-Chase. The Stringer/Williams combination was a cheap option that did astonishingly well - not a Chase success per se. And Chasey wanted Phil "Yes Boss" Neal, not Mike Walker, and was outvoted by the board. And then proceeded to throw it all away and run off to the Costa del Sol. Joder!
