Well that's why Hendo has a long run in the team a few years back

He kept producing - for a while at least. Then his form dipped, his confidence was shot when the crowd got on top of him, and he was probably put back a bit in his development.

He may succeed at Norwich, I still think he and Shackell are our best bets at the moment (excluding academy players which includes Rossi Jarvis) but I'm not 100% convinced at the moment. I'd love it if I was proven wrong in the next 6 months though!
