I think that's the main thing that pisses me off.

It may well be that the youths that have been released (and the youths on the books at the moment) are not really up to snuff. But we don't know, and we won't know unless they get a proper chance. But what we do know, as it is demonstrated regularly, is that they certainly couldn't do any worse than some of the current flavours of the week..
