He has been successful at his current club

He has played a major part in transforming Stromsgodset from a bottom half club to winning the league last season. He has a cup victory (2010) and a 2nd place in the league (2012) along the way as well.

All of which has been achieved with limited resources.

He is charismatic, and has actively visited large clubs in Europe to get inspiration and ideas to apply to his club.
